Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actor and singer, is best known for her work in Tamil and Malayalam films. Her acting debut was with the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Her sister, who is younger, is a research assistant from Belgium and is employed in Leuven. Jeremiah lived in the vicinity of Chennai and went to National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea began learning classical piano around the age of eight. Andrea was a huge fan of geeks and wanted to be a psychiatrist. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style band she was a part of when she was 10, was her foundation to sing and compose music. Additionally, she worked as an actress in her college. Andrea was also one of the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea's career in theatre began by appearing in the film of Girishkarnad's Nagamandala. She was a part of Shiva as a leo advertisement for coffee in the year 2006. Also, she acted as a part of a character in the Podhigai series. The actress performed all over India. She played a brief role during the climax of Kanda Naal Mudhal (2005). She sang in a song to Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu. He asked her to play one of his lead female characters in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea performed the role of Kalyani who is a homewife with a husband who has an affair. The character was allegedly blackmailed. Andrea was selected for the part after Simran and Tabu both actresses were contacted by producers. The film came out in the beginning of 2010. Her minor role was accepted in Venkat's Mankatha in the year 2011, that starred several actors. Annayum Rasoolum by Rajeev Ravi, the romantic comedy film that she debuted in Malayalam by releasing on August 11, 2013.
